We are seeking an individual who can “think on their feet” when dealing with the insurance adjusters. We need to be paid what we deserve and not just take what they give us. The candidate we select must have a persistent, determined, and fair approach to dealing with adjusters. This person will be responsible for supplementing their own claims and managing 1 to 2 direct reports.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities (partial list):
- Manage a portfolio of 80-100 claims per month in our busy season.
- Inspect each job to ensure profit margins are being reached.
- Provide insurance company supplemental estimate when needed.
- Defend estimates when needed with the insurance company.
- Maintain a professional but friendly relationship with the claim’s adjusters.
- Work with production and sales on proper documentation.
- Communicate with the homeowner concerning our invoice if needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Xactimate software experience.
- Minimum 2 years of roofing & siding experience.
- Team management experience a plus
- Verifiable references.

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

About the Owner
Ted Swanson got his start in the construction industry in 2003, just after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in entrepreneurship. The company he worked for was looking to grow aggressively, allowing Ted to advance and progressively master the sales and operations processes. However, after working there for five years, it became clear that the company's quest for expansion steadily relied on high-pressure sales tactics and mediocre customer service.
In 2007, Ted started Trinity Exteriors, Inc, a new kind of company that focused not only on providing customers a new roof or siding but also a memorable experience that they would want to repeat. With a lot of help from a great group of employees, Ted is able to deliver his three pillars of service, quality, and integrity to every new customer of Trinity Exteriors, Inc.
Outside of work, most of my free time is spent with my 3 daughters. As a family we enjoy going to Twins games, biking around Lake Harriet, watching movies and swimming.
