We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Insurance Restoration Claims Estimator to join Trinity Exteriors! This position plays an essential role in negotiating and establishing relationships with insurance adjusters to guarantee the best outcomes for our customers!

Responsibilities:

Negotiates with insurance adjusters to ensure fair compensation for our services.
Manages a portfolio of 60-80 claims monthly during peak seasons.
Conducts job inspections to meet profit margins.
Prepares supplemental estimates for insurance companies.
Advocates for accurate estimates.
Maintains professional and amicable relationships with adjusters.
Collaborates with production and sales teams to document supplements.
Communicates effectively with homeowners regarding invoices.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with Xactimate software.
2+ years of experience in roofing and siding.
Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
Strong leadership skills are needed (desire to mentor others).
Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
Strong MS Excel and ad hoc reporting experience.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Willing to undergo a background check.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About the Owner

Ted Swanson got his start in the construction industry in 2003, just after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in entrepreneurship. The company he worked for was looking to grow aggressively, allowing Ted to advance and progressively master the sales and operations processes. However, after working there for five years, it became clear that the company's quest for expansion steadily relied on high-pressure sales tactics and mediocre customer service.

In 2007, Ted started Trinity Exteriors, Inc, a new kind of company that focused not only on providing customers a new roof or siding but also a memorable experience that they would want to repeat. With a lot of help from a great group of employees, Ted is able to deliver his three pillars of service, quality, and integrity to every new customer of Trinity Exteriors, Inc.

Outside of work, most of my free time is spent with my 3 daughters. As a family we enjoy going to Twins games, biking around Lake Harriet, watching movies and swimming.
